Kindly Note :

• 
  This package is not valid during long weekends, festival holidays, Christmas, Holi, Diwali, or New Year.
• 
  Bookings must be made at least two days before the travel date.
• 
  The itinerary is formulated based on the availability of the Jeep Safari.

Terms And Conditions:

• 
  In all hotels, base category rooms will be provided.
• 
  In case of upgrading a room, you will have to pay additional charges directly to the hotel's authorities.
• 
  The time of check-in is 12:00 PM, and check out is 11:00 AM.
• 
  Please make sure to enter the correct age of passengers when booking. Passengers furnishing incorrect age may incur a penalty when visiting the park.
• 
  We shall provide a similar standard hotel if rooms are unavailable in the mentioned hotel.
• 
  In case of 3 persons, 1 room with one extra mattress will be provided on a chargeable basis.
• 
  Any changes in Government taxes, hotel charges, safari charges, will be informed earlier by mail or phone before the traveling date.
• 
  The company will not be responsible for any accident, loss/theft, or damage of luggage.
• 
  We reserve the right to make itinerary and safari changes as operational or other circumstances require.

Cancellation Policy :

A signed notification must be supplied in case of postponement or cancellation due to reasons beyond our control. Cancellation charges are liable as of the time of notification. The following percentage of your booking cost will be charged :

• 
  30 days before arrival: 10% of the tour cost.
• 
  15 to 29 days before arrival: 30% of the tour cost.
• 
  07 to 14 days before arrival: 40% of the tour cost.
• 
  02 to 06 days before arrival: 50% of the tour cost.
• 
  Less than 48 hours or no show: No refund.
• 
  50% Advance Payment: Required to hold the booking classed as confirmed.
• 
  100% Payment: Required to verify the booking and participate in the discount benefits.
• 
  Nevertheless, travelers must cover all statutory taxes and service fees where applicable.

Important Information :-

If the Jeep Safari is not possible to book (technical issues) or there need to be more places at your requested date, you'll receive a full refund. It will be communicated as such.

Peak Season Policy :-

If applicable, a separate cancellation policy for hotel/forest lodge bookings will be available during peak seasons.

Payment Policy:

We take payments through PayPal, Credit Card, Debit Card, and Direct Deposit. You should pay to company accounts.

  100% Payment: This confirms your booking and gives you discount benefits.

  Travelers must agree to pay all statutory taxes, surcharges, and applicable fees.
